1,Naming Your Fragrance
You can name your custom fragrance, and the name will be printed on the center of the label. Deciding on a name in advance will make the fragrance creation process smoother. (You can use English, numbers, Korean, or symbols.)

2,Please read our cancellation policy below.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for all customers who come to create their "one-of-a-kind fragrance" with us. Our goal is to elevate our performance and ensure that your visit becomes one of the best and most colorful days of your life. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• If you are running late for your reservation, please contact us via direct message (DM) on the official Instagram account of the atelier you are visiting or via email with the following information:

  Your name on the reservation
  Your reservation time
  Your estimated arrival time at the atelier

• If you are late, please note that we may need to prioritize other reservations, and you may be asked to wait.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment if there is an available slot. If there are no openings or if the proposed time does not work for you, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation. Please be aware that weekends and holidays tend to be fully booked, making it more difficult to reschedule.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

• For final appointments, if we do not receive any notice and it is past 6:30 PM, your reservation will be canceled. Even if you contact us, reservations will be canceled if you arrive past 6:45 PM.

• Please note that repeated no-shows may result in us declining future reservations.

맞춤 향수에 이름을 지정하실 수 있으며, 그 이름이 라벨 중앙에 인쇄됩니다. 사전에 이름을 정해두시면 제작 과정이 더 원활하게 진행됩니다. (영어, 숫자, 한국어, 기호 사용 가능.)

2,아래의 취소 정책을 읽어주시기 바랍니다.

저희는 "나만의 특별한 향기"를 만들기 위해 방문하시는 모든 고객님께 최상의 경험을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 고객님께서 방문하시는 날이 인생을 더욱 빛내는 최고의 하루가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다. 이해와 협조 부탁드립니다.

• 예약 시간에 늦으시는 경우, 방문하실 아틀리에의 공식 Instagram 계정 DM 또는 이메일을 통해 아래 정보를 제공해주시기 바랍니다.

• 지각하시는 경우, 다른 고객님의 예약을 우선 처리해야 하므로 기다리실 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

• 예약 시간보다 15분 이상 늦으시는 경우, 빈 시간이 있을 시 예약 변경을 요청드릴 수 있습니다. 그러나 빈 시간이 없거나 고객님의 일정이 맞지 않을 경우, 당일 취소로 처리될 수 있습니다. 특히 주말 및 공휴일은 예약이 가득 차 있어 다른 시간대를 안내드리기 어려울 수 있으니 주의 부탁드립니다.

• 15분 이상 연락 없이 지각하실 경우, 자동적으로 예약이 취소됩니다.

• 마지막 접수 시간 기준으로, 연락 없이 오후 6시 30분을 초과하는 경우 예약이 취소됩니다. 연락을 주셨더라도 오후 6시 45분 이후에 도착하시는 경우 취소로 처리되오니 사전에 양해 부탁드립니다.

• 무단 취소가 반복되는 경우, 이후 예약이 거절될 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.
