- Changing the Number of Visitors
- If you need to adjust the number of participants, please notify us at the reception on the day of your visit. If the number significantly increases, we may ask you to adjust the appointment time. If the number decreases, you may proceed with no time adjustments.

About Atelier Ann
- What is Fabric Mist?
- Fabric Mist is an item that allows you to add ""fragrance"" to your daily life with just one spray. It can be used not only on clothes but also on items that are difficult to wash, such as curtains and pillowcases. Enjoy your unique scent.
Note: Fabric Mist is not a perfume and cannot be applied directly to the skin.
- How long does the scent last?
- The duration of the scent depends on the blend but generally lasts about 4–8 hours. The longevity of the scent may vary depending on the amount sprayed and the environment. Please use this as a reference. If you want the scent to be stronger or lighter, feel free to consult with the perfumer.
- Does the liquid stain clothing?
- Generally, the liquid does not stain. However, when spraying, keep a distance of 20–30 cm from the target item. Also, items that have been stored for a long time after purchase may experience changes in the contents, so we recommend using them as soon as possible.
- About the Fragrance Name
- •What is a Fragrance Name?
Customers can name the fragrance they create. This name will be printed on a label and attached to the Fabric Mist bottle. The following languages are available for naming:
Supported languages: English, Korean, numbers, and symbols.
•I want to change the label name.
When creating a Fabric Mist, you will be asked to write the name for the label on a piece of paper. Please double-check your spelling and characters before handing it to the perfumer. To avoid mistakes, we ask for your cooperation in confirming the label after it is created. If there are any errors, we will correct them immediately.
- How many bottles can I create in one visit?
- The production time is 50 minutes. Typically, 2–3 bottles can be created within this time. If you plan to create more than two bottles, please inform the perfumer during check-in.
- Is gift wrapping available?
- All products will be delivered in dedicated shop bags. Gift wrapping is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
- I would like you to recreate my favorite scent
- At ann fragrance, we create your unique scent by blending the highest quality fragrances with well-developed top, middle, and base notes, exclusively developed by us.
We sincerely apologize, but for this reason, we are unable to replicate the scents of existing commercial products. Thank you for your understanding.
- How long does one bottle last?
- With 10 sprays per day, one bottle lasts approximately 2 months.
Note: There is no expiration date, but oxidation occurs over time, which may change the scent. The size is designed to be easy to finish, allowing you to enjoy the "freshness" that ann fragrance prides itself on.
- Are there compatibility issues with fragrances?
- All fragrance combinations are calculated to create a pleasant scent. Instead of worrying about compatibility, choose fragrances based on your intuition and mood.

- Can I bring food or drinks?
- We do not allow opened items or strongly scented food or drinks. Eating and drinking in the atelier are also prohibited.
- Can strollers or wheelchairs enter the atelier?
- Absolutely. Please note there is a step at the entrance of the building. Our staff will assist you, so feel free to ask.
- Is there parking available?
- We do not have parking facilities. Please use nearby coin parking lots.
- Infection Prevention Measures
- •Inside the atelier, staff are required to wear masks, while customers are encouraged to wear masks at their discretion.
•Alcohol-based sanitizers and temperature check devices are installed near the store entrance. We kindly ask for your cooperation with disinfection and temperature checks.
•The store is constantly ventilated.
•All equipment used by customers is thoroughly sanitized.
•Fragrance creation is conducted through acrylic dividers. If the staff's voice is difficult to hear, please feel free to let us know.
•Customers who are feeling unwell or showing symptoms such as coughing or fever may be denied entry to the store.
- I cannot speak Japanese
- We offer customer service in English, so please feel at ease.
- Can you ship products overseas?
- We are unable to ship overseas as the products are classified as aviation dangerous goods.
