I did not receive the reservation confirmation email
If you do not receive a reservation confirmation email, please bring a screenshot of the reservation completion screen displayed at the time of reservation.

Change reservation date and time
You cannot change the date and time of your reservation. We ask that you cancel and make a new reservation for a new date and time. For information on how to cancel your reservation, please refer to the FAQ "I'm running late for my reservation" below.

I want to change the number of people in my reservation.
If you would like to change the number of people involved in the production, please let us know at the reception on the day. We may ask you to change the time only if the number of people increases significantly. In addition, if the number of people decreases, you can use the service without changing the time.
The date and time I want to make a reservation online is fully booked and I would like to wait for cancellation.

What is fabric mist
Fabric mist is an item that allows you to incorporate "fragrance" into your daily life with just one push. In addition to clothes, spray it on curtains, pillowcases, etc. that are difficult to wash, and enjoy your unique scent.
*Since it is not a perfume, it cannot be used directly on the scalp.
How long does the scent last?
The scent of fabric mist lasts for about 4 to 8 hours, depending on the combination of blends. The duration of the scent will vary depending on the amount sprayed and the environment, so this is an approximate duration.
Will the color of the liquid get on my clothes?
Basically, it will not be colored, but in rare cases it may stain. When spraying, please keep a distance of 20-30cm from the object. Also, if a long period of time has passed since purchase, the condition of the contents may change, so please use it as soon as possible.
About scent names
・What is the name of the scent? We will ask the customer to name the scent they created. Finish by attaching a label with the name printed onto the fabric mist bottle. In this case, the languages ​​that can be used are as follows.
Supported languages: English, Korean, numbers

・I would like to change the name of the label When creating the fabric mist, please write the name of the label on paper. We will create a label using the characters and spelling you entered, so please check that there are no errors in the information before handing it to the perfumer. In addition, to prevent mistakes on our part, we ask our customers to help us confirm the labels after they are created. If there are any errors, we will correct them immediately.
How many pieces can one person make on the day?
The production time is 50 minutes. Therefore, we aim to produce 2 to 3 pieces within the given time. If you are producing more than one bottle, please inform the perfumer at the time of reception.
Do you have gift wrapping available?
All products will be delivered in special shop bags. Separate gift wrapping is not available. note that.
I want to recreate my favorite scent
We create a scent just for you by blending the established scents of Ann Fragrance, which specializes in Japanese people. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that due to the reasons mentioned above, we are unable to accept requests to create scents for existing products.
How many months can I use it?
If you push 10 times a day, you can use it for about 2 months.
*There is no expiration date, but oxidation progresses over time and the scent changes. The size is easy to use, so please enjoy the "fresh scent" that Ann Fragrance is particular about.

Can I bring in food and drinks?
We do not allow opened items or food or drinks with strong odors to be brought into the venue. Please also refrain from eating or drinking in the atelier.
Can I enter the atelier with a stroller or wheelchair?
Of course we can guide you. There is a step at the entrance to the apartment. Our staff will be happy to assist you, so please feel free to let us know.

Is there a parking lot
There is no parking lot. Please use nearby coin parking.
Regarding infectious disease countermeasures
・We ask that both staff and customers wear masks inside the atelier.
・Alcohol disinfectant spray and temperature checkers are installed near the store entrance.
We ask for your cooperation in disinfecting and taking your temperature.
・The store will be ventilated for about 10 minutes every hour.
・Equipments used by customers are thoroughly disinfected.
・Fragrance creation is done through an acrylic board.
If you have difficulty hearing the voice of our staff, please feel free to let us know.
・Customers who are not feeling well or exhibiting symptoms of cough or fever may be refused entry.
