【Important Notes for the Day】

・Naming Your Fragrance
You may give your custom fragrance a name, which will be printed in the center of the label. Deciding on a name in advance will make the creation process smoother. (English, numbers, Korean, or symbols are all acceptable.)

・Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing the best possible experience for all guests who visit to create their “one-of-a-kind fragrance.” Our goal is to elevate your experience and make your visit one of the most beautiful and memorable days of your life. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

・If you are running late
Please contact the atelier you are visiting via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or email, and provide the following information:

• Your name (used for the reservation)
• Your reservation time
• Your estimated arrival time

• If you are late, we may prioritize other guests, and you may be asked to wait.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, and there is an available slot, we may ask you to reschedule. If there is no availability or the proposed time does not work for you, it may be considered a same-day cancellation.
  Please note: weekends and holidays tend to be fully booked, making rescheduling difficult.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

• For final appointments of the day:
  If we do not receive any notice and it is after 6:30 PM, your reservation will be canceled.
  Even if you contact us, arrivals after 6:45 PM will not be accepted.

• Please note that repeated no-shows may result in us declining future reservations.

【당일 유의사항】

・향수 이름 짓기
맞춤 향수에는 원하는 이름을 붙일 수 있으며, 해당 이름은 라벨 중앙에 인쇄됩니다. 미리 이름을 정해 오시면 조향 과정이 더욱 원활하게 진행됩니다. (영어, 숫자, 한글, 기호 모두 사용 가능합니다)

・취소 정책 안내
저희는 ‘세상에 단 하나뿐인 향기’를 만들기 위해 방문해 주시는 모든 고객님께 최고의 경험을 제공하고자 노력하고 있습니다. 여러분의 방문이 인생에서 가장 아름답고 특별한 하루가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다. 너그러운 이해와 협조 부탁드립니다.

• 지각 시, 다른 예약 고객님이 우선 안내될 수 있어 대기하실 수 있습니다.

• 15분 이상 지각하실 경우, 빈 시간이 있다면 예약 변경을 도와드릴 수 있으나, 가능하지 않을 경우 당일 취소 처리될 수 있습니다.
  ※주말 및 공휴일은 재예약이 어려울 수 있습니다.

• 사전 연락 없이 15분 이상 지각하실 경우, 자동으로 예약이 취소됩니다.

• 마지막 타임 예약인 경우, 오후 6시 30분까지 연락이 없으면 예약은 취소되며, 6시 45분 이후 도착 시에는 연락을 주셔도 안내가 어렵습니다.

• 무단 노쇼가 반복될 경우, 향후 예약이 제한될 수 있습니다.

・如您将迟到，
请联系您预约的工作室，通过官方Instagram账号发送DM，或发送电子邮件，并请提供以下信息：

• 预约时的姓名
• 预约时间
• 预计到达时间

• 如您迟到，我们可能会优先接待其他预约的顾客，您可能需要等待。

• 如迟到超过15分钟，若有空位我们将协助您重新安排预约；若无空位或无法配合时间，将可能视为当日取消。
  ※请注意，周末及节假日常常预约已满，改约较困难。

• 如未提前通知并迟到超过15分钟，预约将自动取消。

• 如为当天最后一组预约，若在18:30前未收到任何通知，预约将被取消；即便您联系我们，如在18:45后到达，也将无法接待。

• 若多次无故缺席，未来可能会被拒绝再次预约。
